  • Is this service right for me?

    If you have a lock problem I will definitely be able to help. I have been in the locksmith industry for over 20 years, so, have the experience and knowledge to be able to rectify any lock issues.

  • I'm locked out! Can you come immediately?

    In an emergency situation I aim to be with you within 30 minutes of your call*

  • How will I know you won't try to rip me off?

    This is my living so ripping people off is not going to get me far in the long term. I am a professional and have been locksmithing for many years. I keep my prices very competitive and have hundreds of happy satisfied customers that use me time and time again.

  • What guarantee do I get with the work?

    Any jobs I complete that have had materials supplied and fitted by Mr. Baldy-Locks qualify for a full 12 month parts and labour guarantee.

  • Can I pay with a Debit/Credit card?

    YES! Of course you can. I accept all major Debit & Credit cards

  • Can I get the job done cheaper for cash?

     I operate a strictly professional service so whether you pay by card or by cash the price will be the same. The price I give you will always be the best price possible. You will be left with a detailed receipt along with your guarantee on completion of any work.

  • Can I pay by 30 day Invoice?

    If this will be the first time that you are engaging my service then, no. However once the first job has been completed successfully and paid for on completion you will then have the opportunity to open a 30 day invoice account (business users only - subject to checks).

  • What discounts do you offer?

    For any emergency call out situations (same day service) I offer and OAP/NHS/Student discount of 10%. Any fixed priced jobs or pre-booked appointments are always quoted at my lowest price at the time of booking which will include any discounts available.

  • Do you carry genuine parts/stock items?

    YES! Always! All of the stock carried in my van are genuine brand new manurfacturer parts. I do not fit any second hand, re-conditioned or copy parts.

Who Am I?

Hi, I',m Mark (aka Mr. Baldy-Locks).

I have been in the locksmith industry in one way or another since 1995. I have worked for a lot of the big names in the industry and have had the chance to experience the good and the bad with what they offer their customers. 
I believe that this experience has helped me grow into the professional locksmith that I am today and has enabled me to offer the best service I can to help and go that extra mile for my own customers.

I'd like to think that if I can't fix it then nobody can.
